Ceiling fan customer service
TAL provides customer service support for certain ceiling fans sold by The Home Depot®. To see if your ceiling fan model is serviced by TAL, use the Fan Model Finder. Support is available for customers in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Ceiling fan support includes fan model inquires, installation guidance, troubleshooting, replacement parts, and warranty service. To ensure proper warranty coverage, fill out and mail in the warranty card included with your fan or fill out the online Owner Registration Form.
Identify your fan
Before contacting customer service, it is best to have the UPC number ready beforehand (the SKU number, Model number, or Fan Name can help as well). The numbers can be found on a sticker on top of the motor (or in the hanger bracket/canopy for hugger fans). The Fan Name can be found on the box or in the owner’s manual.
Get support
Use the form below to message us regarding your ceiling fan enquiry. TAL only offers support for certain ceiling fan models (see if your fan appears in the Fan Model Finder). Please provide any relevant details, including your ceiling fan’s UPC if applicable. A representative will respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
