The fan Is not working
1. Inspect the power cord and verify that the cable is not cut or pinched. 2. Ensure the plug is fully inserted into the wall socket. 3. Ensure the wall socket is delivering power. 4. Inspect the 3-prong plug. If the plug has a slider for a fuse, open it and verify that the fuse is not burnt, broken, or missing. 5. If the connections and assembly appear okay, contact customer service.
The fan is noisy
1. Verify that the blades, blade arms, and plates around them are not grinding or making contact. 2. Verify that the the fan is not wobbling. 4. If everything appears to be assembled and connected correctly, contact customer service.
