The LED driver is the component that regulates power to certain types of integrated LED light kits. Not all LED light kits use an LED driver. If the LED driver fails, it can cause the light to flicker, not dim correctly, or not turn on at all. The LED driver cannot be bypassed, but it can be replaced.
